  • Category of Lead – like Source, Area, Product, Industries type, Size, etc.
  • Lead can be allocated to  system User
  • Task can be generated at the time of Lead Allocation.
  • Document received from Customer can be attached with Lead.
  • Pending Lead list based on criteria can be seen by Authorized Person. 
  • Authorization can be defined based on criteria like Area, Products, etc.
  • Action taken or status of Lead can be seen by Authorized User
  • No. of Call and Visit like Activity based reporting
  • Separate Pools of Data maintain for Pending Lead, Approved Lead, Opportunity, Qualified Opportunity
  • Dynamic Field (Sub Form) can be created with ‘Data Type’ and ‘Is Mandatory’ can be defined
